My name is Robin. I am 23 years old and I come from Germany. My whole life is about sports. I play soccer and go to the gym 6 to 7 times a week because I love it. It’s amazing to see how your body changes with time. I’m also a sport scientist which give me great knowledge about training physiology. I started my fitness journey when I was 18 and now I’m proud of myself, proud about my journey. Twice I had to stop my journey because of knee injuries playing soccer. But I didn’t give up. NOBODY should ever give up! Work hard on yourself. There will always be things that will stop you. But keep pushing and one one day you will be at the place you want to be!
The most impressive man I know is Frank Medrano. He’s working on his physical health for a long time. His skills are just amazing and there is always something you can learn from him.
I decided to do something for physical health because it raises your living standard. In view of the aging process it’s important to do something today for our health.
My favorite motivational quote is: “Don´t knock on opportunity’s door. Kick that bitch in and introduce yourself!”
I eat lots of protein! But also look for it where my protein comes from. I don’t eat too much meat because too much meat isn’t healthy. I not only want big muscles, I want to get big with a healthy lifestyle. Also looking for herbal protein which is healthier. I eat lots of fish because it’s rich in protein and omega-3 fatty acids. I consume plenty of vegetables. But it has to be a really good quality so that my body gets the best nutrients! I don’t eat much carbs, just in the morning to get my power (something like oats) with some fresh fruits to get my secondary plant products and my antioxidants. I skip carbs in the evening.
It’s just the beginning. I want to continue this journey until the end. Keep pushing myself to get better every single day!
